"there has been quite a response to my last post regarding firstdibz.com. I feel obligated to keep everyone updated and provide whatever information comes to me. There was a ticket news article posted with some further information

I was contacted this evening around 6:30 p.m. CT by an employee of firstdibz.com. I was told they are getting around to contacting everybody who was affected by the situation and they are doing everything they can blah blah.
The biggest update that I can provide is that we will be refunded or have already been refunded on dibz on teams that have also lost. while I know this is a small consolation it does show that they are at least working on this case.
I was assured that this incident was 100% caused and due to the actions of two individuals selling the "uDibz" and that something like this would never happened with Sanctioned FirstDibz. They have since removed all uDibz from the market. I was told that soon they will send out an email saying that any Dibz still in holding will be valid and we will not have to worry about another similar fiaco.
Next I was assured that they are going after the two individuals and will seek damages from them and they will pass along any compensation to us, the consumer, and possibly include a further compensation out of their pockets."
Please comment as to what Firstdibz.com tells you if and when you are contacted.

I spoke to someone around 7pm I was told that they are still investigating a potential 3rd "fraud" seller and there is still a good chance that additional dibz will be cancelled and these are all the Baltimore Options are what they are mainly looking at and they unfortunately are the only ones I have left. They obviously will be cancelling these tomorrow as they stated that tomorrow afternoon they will have everything finalized.. Sorry obviously the saga continues........

I bought Eagles and Cardinals dibs before the Giants/Eagles games for cheap. A few days later, my Eagles dibs were cancelled. I spoke to someone on the phone who stated they were working on a reparations plan by Tuesday and recommended that I go back in and buy another pair of Eagles dibz, which at the time were close to $1,000. Needless to say, I lost those and to add insult to injury, I just received an email stating that my cardinals dibz will not be honored! FGAKSFSADKFNS!!!!!

I spoke to an attorney today who will review all pertinent information regarding the fraudulent activity and the response by FirstDibz. He will then evaluate our case for a potential class action lawsuit. In an effort to expedite this lawsuit I have set up an e-mail address to gather all pertinent data by those affected.
If you can provide any information at all about how you were affected, your losses (including an estimated monetary figure), proposed settlement offers by FirstDibz, and proof that would support these claims I ask that you please e-mail me at firstdibzlawsuit@yahoo.com
I will gather this information and forward it to the attorney and then let you know their recommendations ASAP. In the meantime, everybody should refrain from accepting the settlement offers by FirstDibz because these are essentially legal releases that may exclude you from any potential lawsuit.
I am especially interested in proof of purchases and the different settlement letters that have been forwarded to different people. If you want to include your name and contact information I will attempt to contact you directly; however, if you would like to stay anonymous for now I completely understand.
Please help me spread the word ASAP.

OK I SEE THIS WAS ALL BULL IT IS AMAZING HOW THE BLOGS JUST SHUT UP. WELL IN CASE IF THERE WAS OTHERS OUT THERE THAT GOT SCREWED HERE IS THE LATEST . I SETTLED WITH THEM AND I FEEL I GOT RIPPED OFF . SO THE SETTLEMENT STATES THEY WOULD FED EX ME A CHECK BY A CERTAIN TIME AND DATE WHICH THEY DID . I DEPOSITED IT THE SAME DAY IT ARRIVED AND GUESS WHAT??? YOU GOT IT .. DAM YOU ARE GOOD THE CHECK WAS RETURNED FOR NSF (NON SUFFICIANT FUNDS)
MORE NEGLIGENCE AND NOW THEY BREEHED THERE AGREEMENT. NOW MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY WHO SUBMITTED A PAYMENT TO PAY OFF MY CREDIT CARD HAS NOTIFIED ME THAT MY INTEREST RATE IS BEING BUMPED FROM 7.99% TO JUST UNDER 28%
